Beach Scene III

acrylic on canvas; 24x36”; Everybody’s on the phone at the beach! Over the years I’ve painted many pictures of people with their cel phones. I use one myself. I think there’s a seismic change in behavior that’s happening in our culture with these portable internet computers.

This painting is acrylic on canvas, on home built stretchers, with a good 2” thickness that gives it a substantial feel on the wall. Edges are painted, so no frame is needed.
